Where did you attach the straps to go around the handle? Do you have a measurement for where they should be attached? I'm making it for a baby shower gift, so I don't have a car seat to measure with. Thanks!

Let's start with the buttons first and work our way back. I would say to sew your buttons about halfway down the blanket and maybe 5 to 6 inches apart. After sewing them on, put the buttons through the buttonholes on the straps, and then attach the base of the strap 1.5 to 2 inches above the buttons. I hope this helps :)
