Cut out main pictures of Cats and Flowers from the Panel and started arranging pieces to match the backing size by adding about 1 - 2 inch strips of the coordinating fabric. Used the red little scrolls for the backing. Then quilted around the cats, beehive, vase, and some strips. Put the thinnest layer of batting between the front and back.Difficulty:
