There really arent any..you just mix and match the fabric the way you want it!! I used the odd curtain I'd been given as the trim and all I did was cut bout 6 inch wide strips and hem both sides then folded over edges and pinned then sewed....the old blankets I cut up into big squares to use as the back of the blanket.Difficulty:

the fabric...I love tattoos, so when I saw the fabric.....lol need I say more??

What advice would you give someone starting this project?
take your time...there's no set pattern so you mix and match to your liking....I'm not the best sewer, so if I can do this anyone can.....if you use blue fabric for the contrast would make an awesome blanket for a boy!!!!!
