Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: 1st time using this sort of structure. Just used dowl, mdf and copper tubes. Carved cake, crumb coated the realised I had not fitted the supports for arms. So took top tier off and put tube in, not exactly where I wanted. Cake covered in mainly fondant and daggers etc from gumpaste, coat is a mixture of modelling chocolate and fondant. Put hands on but sword and dagger too heavy so detached them and fitted them at the venue. I still need a lot of practice on faces, and will carve the shape better next time.
