What was your inspiration?
The Pioneer Cuff.
What are you most proud of?
Realizing I would not likely wear a cuff on my wrist, but this makes a wonderful top of the cuff of a sock.Ingenuity I guess.

Measure the ankle, yours or someone the project is intended for, first, and that will tell you how many inches you need to make the cuff...hopefully it will be an even extra central pattern repeat and on you go. Brush up on Kitchener weaving if you are not comfortable with it.
