This was my first completed project, wherein I instantly fell in love with Peggy Martin's Strip Paper Piecing technique. I just LOVE the precision I can accomplish with this method of piecing. Also, the linear designs are easy to machine quilt. I titled this one "Pinwheels in Diversity" because of the fabulous border (and backing) fabric I used, which depicts children with diverse ethnic backgrounds.

I love how you did your quilting, echoing the sides of the points - it really creates a lot of movement! That border fabric and the colors you chose to go with it are fabulous! Nice work!
