What was your inspiration?

I fell in love with this quilt as soon as I saw it in the 'America Loves Scrap Quilts' winter 2011/2012 magazine. It was designed by Ellie Brown. I haven't quilted it yet, but I can't wait to see this up on my wall.

What are you most proud of?

The piecing came together beautifully on this quilt - many thanks to Jenny Doan and the quilting quickly course here on Craftsy. And I really love how the colors came together.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Do what you love - the rewards are wonderful!

Thanks, I fell in love with the pattern as soon as I saw it in the magazine. And stayed somewhat true to her color scheme. I can't wait to quilt it! I've got a couple other projects to finish first.....

I've been a little nervous about quilting this one - I've been practicing and trying to get a feel for what will enhance the quilt. I'll definitely post the pics once it's quilted.
