Materials
Variety of excess materials that I had on hand. Cottons for shirt, sateen for the bow and I purchased sturdy felt for pants, hat, nose and shoe coverings. Yarn for the hair and elastic for the nose. Gloves and stockings were also purchased.
What was your inspiration?
My love of Disney characters.
What are you most proud of?
All three of my children wore this costume as they grew. Received many, many great compliments and my kids loved being the center of attention in this costume.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Take your time and read the instructions more than once to understand the steps and most of all HAVE FUN!
