What was your inspiration?
Knitted for a friends new baby. This is a very useful little jacket that I hope will get lots of wear. I knitted it a little longer than the pattern both in the body and sleeves and did the front of the hood in rib for a snugger fit.
What are you most proud of?
It turned out well I think. This is a lovely stitch that produces a lovely squidgy fabric. I've also competed this jacket for a boy. It can be seen in the Aviator Hat project.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Just go for it you won't be disappointed.
