Type of item: Accessory

Style: Whimsical, Cute, Funky

Materials

The pink silk is repurposed from a vintage kimono. The seashell is one I have personally selected from Mother Nature's collection, found on the shores of beautiful Cocoa Beach, Florida. Embellishments include yarn hair, bead arms, and polymer clay face.

What was your inspiration?

I have been making SeaBeanies for a while, and thought it would be nice to develop a sister, Sea Boobies! Everything I sell gets a percentage donated to charities, and of course the Sea Boobies' charity is Breast Cancer Research.

What are you most proud of?

This is my own design.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

It's relatively easy to make, but take your time and enjoy the process. The most fun part is selecting unique embellishments...each one can be very different!
