What was your inspiration?
My customer wanted a special cake for a friend who's new little baby was going to be named Rosemary. She didn't want just pink so she added a soft green. I added rosebuds for the new little "Rosebud" soon to be born.
What are you most proud of?
I love the colors and the border. It just looks so pretty together.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
It's pretty simple. It has a simple shell border, rosebuds and leaves. The writing is done with a small shell tip to give it a bit of dimension. All in all I think even a new decorator could do this one easily.
