Know special instructions. Just be creative and add your touch to make it is charming. I used a flat lace trimmed white gold and self pleated the lace by pinch pleating it. It was a fun project and I loved the finish look of the lace.Difficulty:

Cotton.Poly Fabric. Brown back accented with beautiful pink and hot pink butterfly's. Created from a basic skirt in which I added hand made pleated lace ruffle to the bottom of the skirt. This skirt would make a little girl very happy and proud to wear it.
