What materials did you use? The pink focal bead is a glass handmade bead which I made by melting the glass under a torch. The bead is mounted on 14 gauge Sterling Silver Wire I wrapped. $20.00 (I make these beaded rings in all different colors of beads.)

What are you most proud of? I love designing jewelry, making my own beads and fused glass focal pieces. Art You Can Wear.

beautiful, but if it's sterling how is gold? I see you said you wrapped, I don't see anything, what is it wrapped with? Sorry if this sound silly, but I am new to all of this (I love it) but I am having trouble with a beer pocket book getting the gold look (that will for at least a year). I have old jewelry I mean old that still has the yellow gold look . Thanks so much for your time and help.

The bead is pink and gold. It is a handmade glass bead that I made by melting the glass under a torch and forming the bead. The ring shank is sterling silver wire. The ring shank is what I wrapped or formed. I took a piece of sterling silver wire and wrapped it around a ring mandrel and formed and shaped the ring shank, then mounted my handmade bead onto it. I not sure how you would get it to be the color of gold. I only use real gold or real silver, I don't color anything. The bead is made with a pink glass that is melted, then a clear glass with gold shimmery sparkles, called dichroic glass, is melted over the pink glass to form the gold sparkle over the pink. Thanks for the compliments. If I can answer any more questions for you I will try.
