What are you most proud of?
I made the drinks from hand rolled choc mix, mixed in baileys and gnache, hand dipped in chocolate, some went on the cake others went on a plate for the other guests
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
dont waste off cuts of cake, make truffles as and added extra for your customers, when pricing try include the making of these items
