Instructions

Easy project and a great way to use up little scraps of fabric. The backing of my quilt was a remnant left over from a baby nightgown for my now 26 year old niece. It had a flaw in it so I covered it with another pinwheel

Difficulty:

Category: Quilting

Type of item: Accessory

For: Infant/Baby

Style: Whimsical, Cute, Classic

Materials

Flannel scraps, yardage and a charm pack

What was your inspiration?

Jenny Doan!

What are you most proud of?

Just finishing, I am still working on my quilting expertise and have a way to go when it come to free motion quilting! Invisible thread is very forgiving!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Enjoy it. You can make all the pinwheels in an afternoon. Pay attention to the directions and have one completed pinwheel by your sewing machine for reference so they all turn the same way.

Thanks, it was the only charm pack of baby flannel Joann's had! So I was lucky but can't take credit for the color choice.!
