What was your inspiration?
I had this fabric in my stash and didn't quite know what to do with it so I thought it would be fun to try and make the pillows for this class. I bought blue fabric for the backs but was so excited to get started I used the fabric I bought for some other pillows in error!
What are you most proud of?
I am glad I tried the French seams rather than just doing it the easy way!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This part of the course is a great beginner project! But...it took me a little more time than I thought (lots of folding & pressing) and you need to be slow and careful to make it look nice! The second pillow turned out better than the first, which had a bit of seam showing on the right side.
