What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't be afraid, you will love paper piecing. And the best thing about it is that you can watch the course over and over and the availability of resources like the discussion blogs and the material list and being able to meet new people. Just have FUN!

I hope you don't mind me asking but I was wondering if you could tell me the name and mfg of your peacock fabric that you used in your Peaceful Peacock quilt block. We've been searching for black background Peacock fabric for a gown for my daughter. Any assistance you could provide would be appreciated.

Of course I don't mind you asking! That's why these classes are so great we get to share! Like the Care Bears use to say, "Sharing is Caring." LOL! Any way, I will look on my fabric and see if there is a name. If not I can check with the fabric store where I bought it. It's owned by and older couple and they are very knowledgeable on their fabrics.

JanJo, Timeless Treasures is the company name. PLUME is the pattern name, and the fabric number to the particular fabric you asked about is CM8662. If you can't find it at your store then go online to Timelesstreasures.com. In their search bar type fabric then it has a box where they have the fabric name you can type the name PLUME or touch the arrow to the righ and a drop box will have the names to choose from. it will take you to the fabric you're looking for. I hope this helps? Let me know how your search goes.
