Hey Kaye, it's all thanks to you and your wonderful and easy to follow tutorial. I have since made and other little bundle of 6 for a friend. They are such fun to make and great to use up the 'crumbs' xxx

Hey these are great! Well done, what a neat pressie... oh dear, another idea added to the "wannado" list LOL. Also love your idea of bundling them together with a ribbon tied round... very snazzy.

Thanks and I know that feeling Pam... I have seen your work and have them on my wannado list... if only there was more time to quilt...

Thanks Lisa... they are so easy and fun to make... I have made a whole bunch of them for family and friends. Great way of using up 'crumbs' from other projects and an easy to follow tutorial by Kaye Prince.

I am going to make these as my next project!

Yes do Lisa and I will be looking forward to seeing your lovely creations:) They are such fun to make and use up lots of your left overs:)

I am going to start working on these tomorrow, I think they will be a great gift for my moms upcoming birthday!

03/13/2013 Flag

Aw Lisa they will be a goregous gift for your mum, I gave mine to mum last year and she loves them. I have made her some cushions for her 85th birthday which I will put up soon to show when I have some pictures of them.

I started them, but I was wondering instead of the paper to do the quilt batting instead, then its already in there and you dont have to add it at the end!!

03/16/2013 Flag

You could do that Lisa, as I did it for some cushions 'quilt as you go' and the turned out great. The only thing is that you would have to bind each of them, which would give them a different look:)
