Love your fabrics! So fresh & fun!! What size did you make borders? My top is pretty busy so I might do the same w/natural muslin borders. I love all the white, it really makes the rest pop! :)

Thank you Meredith. I think it was about a 3-4 inch border. Different from the original pattern because I got a little impatient and wanted to be done with the quilt. So many quilts, so little time. :)

Hah so true, thanks Mary! I too was impatient & already did my borders! I did a 4in & I'm really happy w/it! Working on my 2nd 1 of these & am going to do the same. I went scrappy on both of mine so I think the all solid border really helps settle the quilt & make it pop! Thanks for the inspiration! :)

Oh 1 more ? What color thread did you go with? For my 1st I did the blocks individually, but for the 2nd I want to do all over quilting - I've got mints & corals with white borders, any ideas?

Love the white border all the way around- makes the blocks pop!

Love the fabrics. Nice job on the overall look! Your top stitch looks like wavy lines. Was that hard? Love it. Mine is basted and waiting for finishing. Would like to try the wavy lines.
