What materials did you use? Natura Liquid Deglosser/Sander, Homestead House milk paint in "Trading Post Red" and "Boxwood", Homestead House Milk Paint Bond, Homestead House Beeswax.

What are you most proud of? This is one of my Mom's first paintings. We unearthed it during a move. She wanted to throw it away but I on the otherhand had an immediate emotional attachment. It hangs proudly over the island in my kitchen. I think the picture frame highlights the painting now!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Milk Paint can be unpredictable - which is what I love about it! I had a vision when I started but the paint decided it had another, so I went with it. I love how forgiving this stuff is - so much fun to work with.
