What was your inspiration?

My eldest grandaughter got her first car and I wanted to make her a picnic quilt to keep in the car. A heart motif was the perfect pattern as she's very much loved.

What are you most proud of?

That I am able to make quilts for all occasions.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Just go for it. if it's made with love it will be perfect!!

It is gorgeous fabric is'nt it............It just seemed to fit with the heart and home theme and the birdhouse fabric. I had it quilted with angels and love the way it turned out. Thankyou for your kind comment. Hugs jackie

Hi there, if you read my comment further down you'll see that it was made from a book called Quick and Easy Romantic Quilts. It was a joy to make if you can get hold of the book. Joanns.com has it for $17.99 Amazon too. At this time I have to pass on the quilt swap as I have health issues to deal with. Thankyou though. Hugs jac
