What was your inspiration?
I had ruffled a lot of fabric. These leggings had been bought on a sale table and they got ruffled. I hope great granddaughter, Jenna, likes what I did with her tights.
What are you most proud of?
rufflling a lot of fabric that day. My ruffler is still in shock.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
It takes a lot of fabric to get that really full look but the end results are worth it.
