What was your inspiration?
My labor doula was having her graduation party and I wanted to make her some cute baby dolls to congratulate her.
What are you most proud of?
The pattern is for girls only and I figured out how to make a boy, too, by changing the color for "shorts" and adding a belt.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
The girl's hair took a really long time. Perhaps consider making pony/pig tails so you don't have to fill the whole head in. For the boy I just stitched on cornrows and it was pretty easy. :P
Have fun with your colors! They don't have to be "skin" colored to be cute!
