|Material||Fondant, Gum Paste, Buttercream, Modeling Chocolate|
Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I took the sculpted dog class for referencing fur and making animals. I used the T Rex class that I took last year for the elements of structure and tiering/staking the cakes. I grabbed a picture of peter rabbit online, enlarged it in illustrator to the maximum height that my fridge would accommodate then printed it out. I then used the reverse of that same page to plan out the cake's structure (see photos). I made my own marshmallow fondant and modelling chocolates. I used premade gum paste. And I dyed the cake batter pink for my daughter. Oh, it's also gluten-free. ;)
