What was your inspiration?
I loved the online course on pizza making, Peter made it look so easy & I also purchased his book The Bread Baker's Apprentice... fantastic book too.
What are you most proud of?
The crust came out so crunchy ... just like when you buy them from the shop, but much nicer homemade....
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Give it a go! You wont ever buy Pizza's again :))
