Did you do anything (decreases, change needle sizes, etc) to get some shaping below the bust?

I didn't. The lace pattern seemed to want to pull in , so it did my shaping for me.

I am knitting this sweater! Mine is a cardigan, too, rather than the bolero. Nearly finished with the body. Could not decide whether short sleeves or long - I like the short sleeves!!!

Thanks! I've been knitting for around 20 years, but all the sweaters I used to make were boxy. Haven't made many garments in the past 5 or 6 years. Since boxy is not the style anymore, I'm so glad to have this class to help me make something that fits!
