What was your inspiration?
The Craftsy course and my love of pizza.
What are you most proud of?
I had never made bread before. It was a challenge for me and I am very proud that I managed to make it at all. I am also happy that my family all really loved it and dubbed me the official pizza dough maker. :)
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Do some more research on making dough before starting this project. Also punch it.
