Instructions
Cut out penguin parts using the Cricut Machine. Use the embossing set and Texture machine to emboss individual parts or assemble the entire penguin and run the whole thing through the embosser. Add snowflakes and jewel eyes to finished tags. Punch a small hole at the top and run a piece of ribbon about ten inches long to tie into a bow to fasten to a present or to hang on the tree.Difficulty:

What was your inspiration?
I didn't like the boring small paper tags that came with the beautiful gift bags and had seen another similar tag in a Cricut January 2012 Magazine. I decided to replace the bag tags with my penguin tags to make the presents pop.
What are you most proud of?
My family loved the tags and my niece is saving the penguins for a bulletin board for her classroom.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Experiment on different ways to emboss each penguin before gluing them together. Try different embellishments and also don't be afraid to try different colors and patterned paper. Most of all have fun!
