What advice would you give someone starting this project? If you're a beginning sewer, like myself, just be patient with yourself. Be precise, don't be afraid of using the seam ripper and doing something over.

Thanks for posting your project! I appreciate your practical advise. I haven't sewed in almost 20 years, but my husband just bought me a sewing machine and I can't wait to get started.
