What was your inspiration?
My goal here was to keep a clear view of the shell and necklace in which I could view the shell often. I'm madly in love with the various colors in the shell and wanted to keep it visible to me. The pearl knotted beads came from the jewelry workshop course I'm taking on Craftsy. I wanted to get a little experience in it and had some miscellaneous beads around and thought they would go with the pendant.
What are you most proud of?
The pendant, but I'm really proud of this whole piece. The entire project was a learning experience for me in pearl knotting, soldering, working with resin, making a bezel, and manipulating fine silver wire.
