What materials did you use? Silk, which I backed with a iron-on fusible. (Shhh, don't tell. But it WORKED!), plus boning, felt, cotton lining...

What are you most proud of? I am most proud of the compliment I got from an elderly man at the wedding I wore this to the other night. He said, "Honey, that dress looks good and YOU look good on it."

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Go slowly. Follow the videos closely, and you will no doubt have an amazing dress. I want to make 40 others in 40 different colours and prints. This dress is the best thing I have ever made because I actually took the time to finish all the little details. The video tutorials slowed me down when I would normally take shortcuts, etc.

You make these Bombshell dresses look easy. I like this one the best! Peacock is one of my favorite prints.

Hi, beautiful choice of fabric and dress. Since Gerties Bombshell dress class isn't for sale anymore, would you like to sell me her class so I can take it? I've been wanting to take it and Craftsy said her class is discontinued. Thanks!

Hi Beau Baby, Do you think we can swap classes on Craftsy? I would like to see the video on the Bombshell dress and we can't purchase it on Craftsy anymore. I have six sewing classes that I bought on Craftsy that you can watch as well. Thanks!
