What was your inspiration?
I was doing a number of similar designs when I came up with this and one design just led to another.
What are you most proud of?
Oh, I love this color combination and am going to have to use it again. I've also used this same patchwork "chain" design again, as I really like it and it is so simple to do.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
If you are designing for the human form, I'd suggest doing it in muslin first to work out fitting details.
