This is bar far one of my favorites. I just made them this weekend in my tapas class I taught here in San Francisco!

These spicy hot tomato sauce drizzled over crispy potatoes and slathered with garlic mayonnaise are the best on earth and that's no joke. I was teaching today and we made them in class and everyone loved them.
