What are you most proud of? I sort of surprised myself with how well the Eiffel tower cake topper turned out!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? My advice to anyone who wants to try this project is....just have fun with it!

I placed a printout of the tower underneath a piece of wax paper, then rubbed a little bit of shortening on the wax paper. I then traced the tower using royal icing. Make sure you leave space between the top, middle, and lower parts of the tower. You'll do this 4 times so you have 4 sides to assemble. Allow it to harden completely (a day), then carefully peel away paper. Assemble the 4 lower sections together using more RII, followed by the middle and top, and allow the 3 sections to dry separately before you assemble them on top of each other. Finally, stack the 3 sections using RI.....voila!
