What materials did you use? Light weight denim

The front of your pants seem to fit petty good. Did you post your pictures on the class site to get help with the back, from Sandra? I am going on holidays then I am going to make my pants from material that I am using in place of muslin only because it is cheaper. But the right weight for pants. I am doing only a few alterations until the first pair of pants is done. Then hopefully I'll be able to figure out what needs to be changed. Then give it a second try. Hopefully with help from Sandra and class mates.

Yes I did post the questions. Hoping Sandra can help. I did the same thing using a lightweight denim which I had purchased at this $2 a yard store here in CT. I like the fabric so I hope I can get a wearable paitr of pants form this "muslin."

What a great start. It looks to me from the side view photo that you might have a tilted waist. Had you considered doing that adjustment?

Ct Barb - it appears to me that when you post more than one picture in a question it comes up as a reply and therefore isn't flagged for Sandra to see. I have re-posted my photos as three questions and also emailed craftsy to ask about this.

Thanks Una in Oz. I did do the tilted waist...took 2 inches off the front crotch and added a half inch to back.
