Pandan chiffon cake, pandan flavor whipped cream, dragon fruit and mixed verity of other fruits, clear glazed on fruits.
What was your inspiration?
I made this cake for my husband's birthday. This cake is more for Asian style....Asians love to use fruits to decorate cake and dragon fruit is my husband's favorite fruit.
What are you most proud of?
The arrangement of the fruits, it's so colorful.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This is a beautiful light cake, even my American friends love it too...cake doesn't need to be heavy and rich!!
