I wasnt very successful changing block size to 12", but love the colors. I might border it and use it in my 2012 BOM quilt....

It is 12 1/2" except the triangles on the sides are shorter :-(. I thought I might trim it to 12" then put 1/2 border around it. I just love this pattern!

KathiC--very cool block! I had to add a 1/2" boarder to a block (2012 BOM quilt). I did not think it looked bad--it just happens sometimes. I really like this block!
