What materials did you use? Cotton fabric

What advice would you give someone starting this project? I was about to throw/give away most of these fabrics so they were perfect for Palette 2 project. I've decided to keep them as I really like the way this palette turned out. Reminds me of summer sherbet or fruit. I tend to lean heavily to the cooler shades, but this has really inspired me to try some different palettes in the future.

Great. So glad that you've made friends with these colors.

That is interesting! I'm a temporary Boston resident, hoping to be back in my native California next year. Boston is a lovely city and I am enjoying it. :)

I agree that many of those fabrics I would pass by, but I do like the overall effect. Sometimes I am surprised when I look closely at quilts I love that they incorporate some "uglies" or muddy colors - I think they make the other fabrics shine

I love these together! Makes me want to have a big fruit salad for lunch.

Yes! I agree!

I love oranges and yellows! This is a lovely palette! I need to make mine - I have so many yellows to put in it! I like the way you've added some cooler shades for balance.
