What materials did you use? 1 mm thick craft felt. Stiffy fabric stiffener watered down 50/50. Paint brush to apply fabric stiffener. x-acto knife and small sharp scissors.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't try to complete the stencil cut out in one sitting. Set up your work on a table and come back to it when your concentration wanes. The craft felt is floppy, so use the x-acto knife to start the cut and then use the scissors to cut around the curved areas - at least this worked for me.

Very nice!

Oh wow, looks great! I, too was impatient and wanted to start as soon as possible but I couldn't find anything big enough to cut the whole stencil out of so I ended up cutting just two of the motifs so I could use one for the reversed placement. Even just cutting those two tested the limits of my patience so I greatly admire your effort.

Thank you for that advice on preparing your felt. This looks good enough to wear.

Excellent job. Thanks for the instructions but if you care to make a bunch a sell them, lol. Just kidding. I need to learn to do this.
