What was your inspiration?

My inspiration was a coat I saw in the Anthropology catalog. I always look at something and the first words to come out of my mouth "ah, I can make that".

What are you most proud of?

I am so proud of the fact that I actually painted on wool!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

If you can knit and not sure of how to start a top-down sweater, cardigan or coat, the internet (Ravelry) has a gazillion patterns and then make it your own.
Make it long, short even just a cardigan. Knit a square and experiment with paints. You'll be soo proud to say "I made that"
