What materials did you use? Cotton Batik fabric with a variety of trims, threads and Pearl Cotton.

What are you most proud of? The hand stitching. I hadn't embroidered in years!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Just get started. It is so much fun, you won't want to stop.

Wow. Your choice of a background really gives this piece some movement. Love it and glad you had fun!

I love your classes. I think I am better stitching than slashing! I got my thread kits and book earlier this week, so I'm all set to stitch some more.

Pretty easy, really. I did Carole's class, Stupendous Stitching which is great fun.

This is remarkable. Did you paint the background and make your own material. It 's beautiful.
