Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I learned so much from just completing this cake. And the picture shows some flaws. But I am putting it up as a reminder of areas that I would like to work on and improve for the future. Areas to work on include marshmallow fondant making, pastillage making, royal icing making, piping lines on the side of the cake and overlaying them, ha ha.

There are some flaws in piping, folks, and I know that. I posted the picture to remind myself of areas needed to be improved. I, at the same time, very much enjoyed every process of making this cake. It has been a wonderful learning experience. I will keep practicing and try to improve my decorating skills. Thank you, Chef Ceri for your timely advice and suggestions.
