I like the borders too :) Your quilting is really good, I like all the variety you added. I've just got my first order of Glide thread and will be doing my next quilt with it.

How much fabric did you need for the back?

I used a minkie type fabric which is very plush and soft. It is harder to work with than cotton. It is more of a knit type fabric. I used 2 meters/2.2 yards which cost me $17. It is 60 inches wide so if your using cotton you will require more depending on how you piece the back. Hope that helps.
