What materials did you use? All cotton fabric, rayon thread for embroidery and a fringed hessian backing.

What are you most proud of? Firstly, completing it. Then using a piece of graduated fabric which I had purchased years ago and which was just awaiting this project.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Go ahead, feel excited. Just ensure that you leave enough space do do the "slashing" and show your fabrics.

Agreed about the graduated fabric. It makes it look like flames rising from the ground and making psychedelic shapes
