What are you most proud of? The taste and texture far exceeds any of the pasta out of the box. Doesn't even seem like the same dish.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Just follow his excellent demo!

Looks great! So did mine, but I made the pasta and draped it carefully into little nests and they stuck together and were difficult to separate when boiling. What was edible. did taste delicious. Next time I made it, I dried it flat on a tablecloth cut into fettachini, perfect! Delicious and oh......I now make it as he shows on a bread board. I guess practice makes perfect
