I found these fossils in Canada last summer. I used all of them in bead projects. I found another source, Lima Beads, but they aren't as nice stones as the Canada fossils. Still they work up very nicely.

Very nice material. I took some pieces of basalt from old volcano in France. It has nice bronze color and structure. I already have made one pendant and published it here ( French connection 2). I still have a few left for my next projects. Just come back from a short vacation in French Alps, unfortunately there were not really nice stones for jewelry making.
