I crocheted the top from a dress pattern I downloaded because I couldn't find a top pattern I liked then I ruffled fabric and sewed two tiers together to create the skirt.Difficulty:

What was your inspiration?
It all started with the great granddaughters. Now it is seeing how many different outfits I can create and I am having a blast. This is one of my favorites and is for sale on Ebay at bannersbycarolyn.
What are you most proud of?
Combining the crochet with sewing. I love the tierred flared skirts I am creating.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Look at patterns with a different eye to see how many different ways you can use them and try creating your own patterns.
