What materials did you use? I used Orange Symphony Broadcloth Solid Quilt Fabric.Than I used Purple Robison-Anton Rayon thread to create the pattern on the orange fabric. On the inside I used Purple Keepsake Calico, flower pattern. Also used purple zipper.

What an awesome idea! I thought that was a fabric design until I read your description. Nice job on the decorative stitching and putting your own spin on it!

Thank you. I like using the built in stitches in my sewing machine. I enjoyed your class and now am confident that I am threading my serger right.

your niece is going to love this....very nice bag.. did you make your bag bigger than the one in the class my bag seems smaller just wondering...

Thanks. No I followed the pattern. Although I have thought about making one bigger by adding 2 inches to both sides and a bigger sons could use a bigger one to put their computer accessories in. They both are big into computer so where they go so do their desk top LOL. I was going to search to see if someone had already made one bigger, if I find anything I will post. If you are interested in a bigger bag.
