Materials

I used Lion's organic cotton yarn (which of course they don't make any more), but any medium weight yarn would work great! I also used two mismatched buttons for his eyes.

What was your inspiration?

I was asked to write an article on amigurumi for Art Trader magazine, and I wanted to design an accompanying project that would be simple for beginners but still fun for anyone to crochet.

What are you most proud of?

Although he is simple to make, he also has enough details to be really satisfying.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Have fun, and make the doll your own! If you don't have map pins, beg or borrow some, because they really make the look!
