What are you most proud of? My rolled hem worked without any issues.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? The ruffles were tricky. I broke three needles trying to get them to work. You need to make sure you do not pull on the fabric or thread if your tension is up. Also, only turn up the needle tension not the loopers. That made a big difference.

Is that tiny windmill fabric?! Oh my gosh I love it and I need some! I"m sorry the ruffles gave you trouble, but I'm glad that you figured it out- they look beautiful!

Thanks! The rolled hem turned out nicely even though I only had the wooly nylon on the upper looper. I wasn't sure when I bought the thread so I only bought one cone. I did end up going over the top twice like you suggest. It really filled it in nicely. I bought the fabric at Joann's. They had a matching stripe too. It is quilting cotton. My daughter loved the print so I went with it.
